Stores Return Policy
We charge a flat shipping rate. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days . Custom orders ships within 10-14 business days. Once your order ships,you'll get an email with a USPS tracking number. Lost/Damaged by Post Office: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email leonardostees@gmail.com and we are happy to help resolve the issue if possible. Thank you for your understanding with this.
Our policy lasts 10 days for all retail store purchased items. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

OUR NEW EXCHANGE POLICY
Since our all orders are made on order. There is a $5 exchange fee for each item you want to exchange for the wrong size, plus your shipping cost for the return item.Please read this listing in full before ordering.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All custom made items are not exchangeable or returnable.

To complete your return (on generic items only), we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer..

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
